How do I book a cabin?

Our booking process is simple and user-friendly. Head to our lodging section to see all of our cabins, availability, nightly rates, and book your Colorado mountain getaway at the Ranch!

How do I pay for a cabin?

Secure payment is accepted through our online portal when you book your stay
First Payment: 50% required when you book
Second Payment: The remaining 50% is automatically billed 30 days prior to your check-in date.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time: 4:00pm
Check-out time: 10:00am (late check-outs may be available upon request)

Is there a minimum number of nights required to book a cabin?

Yes, all cabins require a 2-night minimum.

What is the capacity of the cabins?

Angler Cove Cabin
The Angler Cove cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 large bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bear Den Cabin
The Bear Den sleeps 2 adults in a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with luxurious features. Bear Den is a good option for romantic celebrations or solo trips. Sorry, but children are not allowed at the Bear Den cabin.

Eagle Crest Cabin
The Eagle Crest cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 large bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Elk Ridge Cabin
The Elk cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 large bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Wilderness Cabin
The Wilderness cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

All of the cabins have hot tubs and stunning views!

How many parking spots does each cabin have?

Each cabin has 3 parking spots with the exception of the Wilderness Cabin. The Wilderness Cabin has 2 parking spots and we offer additional parking at the front office, only a short 400 feet away.

What is your cancellation policy?

Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival.

We do not offer refunds within 7 days of a check-in date.

Do you allow pets?

We love animals but unfortunately DO NOT ALLOW pets of any kind. Our cabins are pet-free and our guests expect an allergen-free environment.

How far are the closest services?

Woodland Park is a 25-minute drive from the Ranch. There are 4 grocery stores, a 24-hour hospital with an emergency room, great restaurants, gas stations, and activities in town.

Colorado Springs is a 50-minute drive from the ranch and has all of the amenities of a large city as well as world-class adventure sports and natural parks.

What activities are nearby?
