What is the capacity for a wedding at Pikes Peak Ranch?
Pikes Peak Ranch welcomes 75 guests.
What is the recommended wedding budget for the venue?
We recommend a minimum budget of $25,000, depending on the number of guests, vendors, food, bar, decor, and more. Please, confirm your budget prior to signing your contract to ensure wedding planning is stress-free and enjoyable.
What are your vendor requirements?
We HIGHLY recommend you work with one of our preferred vendors. Because they know the venue well, this will help your day run smoothly and additional contracts to be avoided. Our vendors are highly professional, talented, sought-after vendors for weddings in Colorado and we know you’ll love the work that they do!
We do allow other vendors in rare instances but please inquire with a member of our team about bringing your own vendors prior to signing any contracts with the venue.
What is the elevation of the venue?
Pikes Peak Ranch is located at 7700’ in elevation. We advise anyone coming to visit to drink plenty of water and prioritize rest as you acclimate. We sell oxygen cans if needed.

How can I visit the venue?
We run tours of the venue by appointment only. Book a tour with us here!
Do you require a day-of-coordinator?
Yes! We require a professional, insured day-of coordinator for all weddings, which you can select from our list of vetted professionals. This person may not be a family member, wedding guest, or member of the wedding party.
Your professional planner for day-of services will manage the flow of your day, setting up decor, catering, bartending, music, coordinating with vendors, and more. Trust us, this will be a life saver!
Are there accommodations nearby?
We have 5 cabins on the property that sleep a total of 28 guests. We require all cabins to be booked for a 2-night minimum for weddings over 25 people. A lodge that sleeps an additional 23 guests can be booked off-site (next door to the property).
The closest town is Woodland Park which is about 20 minutes away and has plenty of hotels, Airbnbs, and campgrounds to host the rest of your guests. Colorado Springs is just under an hour away and has all of the amenities and accommodations of a large city, and Denver is also a less than 2-hour drive.
How will my guests get to Pikes Peak Ranch?
Guests staying on-site will be able to drive and park here (3 spots per cabin =15 spots). We have additional parking for 15 vehicles.
Inquire with a member of our team about shuttle companies that can facilitate travel for guests staying overnight in Colorado Springs or Woodland Park.
What is the venue rental fee?
Starting base pricing:
Full access wedding $6,500
Micro wedding (25 or less) $2,000
Elopement (10 or less) $1,200

*One-time setup and take-down of chairs is included. Additional costs apply for moving the chairs from ceremony to reception.
What is the size of the overall event space?
The venue includes 2,700 sqft of indoor space and a 3,000 sqft attached, outdoor patio.
Is there wifi or cell service up there?
We do have on-site WiFi for guests visiting the Ranch. Cell service can be spotty — it is the mountains after all!
Will someone from Pikes Peak Ranch be at our wedding?
Yes. A member of our team — and likely the owners of the Ranch — will be onsite throughout the entirety of your event. Should you have concerns or questions about your event, someone will always be there to address them.
Are food and beverages included in the venue?
Food and beverage services are NOT included in the venue rental fee. This can be purchased separately through our approved vendor list.
Do you provide linens, dishes, silverware, etc?
Linens, flatware, table settings, and more can be included in a food and beverage package by your caterer. Please inquire with your catering team to confirm these details. Catering selection is often limited and for a variety of styles and selections we recommend Colorado Party Rentals.
Do you provide tables and chairs?
We provide seating and tables for up to 75 guests, as well as 8 cocktail tables for your event and some patio furnishings. If you prefer a different style for tables, chairs, and decor. See our vendor list for preferred vendors that offer a variety of styles and selections.
Can we have mimosas, beer, or other alcohol while getting ready?
Yes, we allow the wedding parties to bring their own alcohol while getting ready in the suites prior to the event. However, you may not bring any beverages to the ceremony or reception once the event begins.
